Your privacy is important to us at CreativiTek. When you use the CreativiTek services (e.g., apps, websites, tools), we will receive some information about you.

What type of information do we collect?

We don't use cookies to collect personally identifiable information about you. We do not ask that you set up an account to use the CreativiTek app to explore the world around you. However, when you scan a trigger or target image, we will collect and store information about how you have interacted with our services, such as the time and frequency of the interactions, dwell time and the devices and operating systems used to experience augmented reality, so we can understand more about the user journey.

We use applications and services like Firebase to collect the following information about you when you access and use the CreativiTek app: age category, your gender, the store from which you downloaded and installed the app/your mobile or tablet operating system (Android or iOS), the app version being used, the country in which you live, the time at which you first opened the app, and your interaction with the app and its content. Google Firebase will share this information with us as part of an analytics console.

If you want to enter a promotion or competition you will provide certain personal information (e.g., name, email address or phone number) which will be used in accordance with the terms of the promotion or competition. We will never collect or publish this kind of information without your explicit permission. 

What type of information do we share with our clients?

CreativiTek provides services for a wide range of clients (e.g., councils, government agencies, private businesses and brands) and needs to provide them with some feedback about the results of the projects we worked on together. We analyse data about your use of our services and provide our clients with an overview of the results of their project(s). If you share your personal data (e.g., name, email address or phone number) with us to participate in a contest or promotion, we share your information with our client who runs the competition or the promotion. This information will not be shared with any other organisations.
