The client: Shane Rogers Collections (Marketplace Leichhardt)

Challenge: How can we turn simple colouring in activities into an immersive technology experience?

Goals:

• Improved customer experience
• Increased customer loyalty

Solution: We used augmented reality technology to enable kids to colour pages, scan them and watch as their creatures come to life and interact with them. The shopping centre worked with us to create a very beautiful and creative set-up for this activation.

Outcome: Our team members received lots of positive feedbacks from parents, and the client expressed their satisfaction with the quality of the service.
